Two Proxmox VE nodes on ZFS running declarative, image-pinned Docker stacks in git. Apps sit behind Caddy with real TLS (Cloudflare DNS-01), Authentik SSO, and Prometheus/Grafana/Loki monitoring, alongside a ProtonVPN-gated media stack. CI validates every stack; incidents get written up as postmortems.
